Many believe that the charges applied by credit card providers for going over your creditlimit or making a late payment are not only unfair, but also unlawful. The Office of Fair Trading ruled in 2006 that charges of up to £35 were excessive. If your client has been charged by their lender for late payments, going over your credit limit etc. they are entitled to claim for the charges made during the last 6 years.

 

LOAN RESOLUTIONS will write to the lender to request the last 6 years worth of statements. We will then calculate the charges applied during that time and write to the lender to claim back those charges.

If the claim is successful, the client may be entitled to a refund of all charges applied to the account over the last 6 years.

 

The credit card may have been paid off or the account closed.

 

We do not charge an upfront fee for this service. Upon successful conclusion of a claim we charge 20% of the amount recovered plus a £25 administration fee. The commission payable to the Introducer is 50% of the 20% fee that we charge. We can accept claims of any value.
